Davao Vlogger Facing Charges After Entering Airport Using Fake Identification Card

A vlogger has been charged for impersonating an airline employee at Davao International Airport in Davao City using a forged identification card.

The police have not revealed the identity of the vlogger, who is facing charges under Article 172 of the Revised Penal Code for falsification by a private individual and use of falsified documents.

The vlogger managed to gain entry into the airport and board the plane by using the fake ID while producing video content.

The flight, bound for Manila, was delayed when the vlogger declared on board that he was not a passenger and did not have a ticket or boarding pass, as reported by Jandii Esteban on One Mindanao.

As a result, the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) in Davao has tightened passenger screening and security protocols.
